feat: improve brand matching and update metadata

- Update `MatchBrandName` to use **longest-prefix matching**. This
  improves accuracy for multi-word retailer names compared to the
  previous word-splitting approach.
- Set `lineNum` to `1` in the CSV parser to align with standard 1-based
  indexing.
- Correct URLs and logo assets for **OIL 4 WALES** and **OUR COOP** in
  `retailers.csv`.
