Fix Maestro test 15 scroll by removing aggressive speed and visibility settings (#518)

The scrollUntilVisible step was using speed: 80 (double the default of 40)
and visibilityPercentage: 80, which caused it to overshoot the target element.
Removing these settings uses Maestro defaults, matching the pattern of other
working CRUD tests (14, 16, 17).
