Fix Maestro emotion pair visibility assertions after page navigation (#516)

Replace assertVisible with scrollUntilVisible (10s timeout) for emotion
pair text checks after saving. The ViewPager smooth scroll from
AddEmotionPair (page 8) to EmotionalState (page 5) needs time to
complete and for the RecyclerView to lay out items, which can exceed
assertVisible's default timeout on CI emulators. Apply same fix to
test 22 which has the identical pattern.
