Add tests for crypto, sanitize, device detection, icons, formatters

110 tests total (was 38). Coverage: 21% → 55% statements.

New test files:
- crypto-utils.test.ts (21 tests): peer codes, validation, SHA-256
- sanitize.test.ts (9 tests): XSS escaping
- device-detect.test.ts (16 tests): UA parsing, device classification
- icons.test.ts (7 tests): SVG generation, class injection
- transfer-progress.test.ts (19 tests): speed/time/size formatters
