* fix: Credential issue UI improvements

- Replace credential subject Select with freeSolo Autocomplete to allow
  typing/pasting URIs (e.g. mailto:) in addition to selecting from dropdown
- Fix schema lookup to use credentialSchema.id instead of type[1] which
  contains a friendly name, not the actual DID
- Fix CredentialForm to merge claims into credentialSubject instead of
  writing to a separate credential field

* fix: Rebuild credentialSubject from scratch to prevent stale claims

Preserve only the subject id when merging form values, so cleared
fields are actually removed from the output JSON.
