[#131] Add armeabi-v7a architecture support and bump version to 1.3.3

- Add 32-bit ARM (armeabi-v7a) alongside 64-bit ARM (arm64-v8a)
- Fixes device compatibility issues on some Android 12/14 devices
- APK size increases from ~44MB to ~75MB for broader device support
- Update APK optimization documentation
