Add autocomplete suggestions for sport log activity names and measurement units (#494)

Sport log entries lacked autocomplete/suggestions unlike diary and food log entries.
This adds a GET /api/sport-logs/suggestions endpoint returning distinct activity names
and measurement units, with implementations across all platforms (webserver, desktop,
Android, website) and regression tests for each layer.
