feat: github direct access — full crud, shared dalgo2ingitdb, docs

- rename dalgo2ingitdb → dalgo2fsingitdb (local FS adapter)
- extract shared pkg/dalgo2ingitdb with ParseRecordContent,
  ParseMapOfIDRecordsContent, ApplyLocaleToRead/Write, CollectionForKey
- dalgo2ghingitdb: add Token to Config, ListDirectory to FileReader,
  readFileWithSHA/writeFile/deleteFile, full readwriteTx (Insert/Set/Delete)
- CLI: implement list collections; add --github and --token to all CRUD
  commands; read/write via GitHub API using dalgo2ghingitdb
- docs: new docs/features/github-direct-access.md; update DALGO2GHINGITDB.md,
  README.md, docs/CLI.md, docs/README.md, docs/features/README.md
