feat(adguard): add DHCP and Profile Info support to client

This commit includes:
- Added DhcpConfigV4, DhcpConfigV6, and ProfileInfo models.
- Implemented set_dhcp_config, get_profile_info, and set_profile_info in AdGuardClient.
- Added unit tests for the new functionality.
- Fixed trailing whitespace in src/tools/system.rs.
- Updated track progress in Conductor.
