Do not visualize $find slots in provider calendar (#8455)

* Do not visualize $find slots in provider calendar

This was helpful as a debugging tool for the initial $find/$book pass,
but showing the slots on calendar creates confusion about what is
already scheduled versus what is available.

Removing the available slots from $find should clear this up.

* Remove "0" rendered when no scheduling parameters exist

Oops. I was testing against `serviceTypes.length` thinking that a falsey
value would prevent rendering, but `0` is a falsey value that does get
rendered.

Coercing this to a boolean prevents a literal `0` from appearing in the
position where the $find pane would appear.
