* feat: Allow any URI as credentialSubject.id per W3C VC Data Model v2

Non-DID subjects (mailto:, https:, etc.) are now supported. When the
subject isn't a DID, credentials are encrypted only for the issuer.

* fix: Handle non-secp256k1 DID methods (did:key, did:web, etc.) in credentials

Renamed isDID to isManagedDID with did:cid: check so that external DID
methods like did:key (OKP/Ed25519) fall through to encrypt-for-issuer,
avoiding cipher incompatibility errors.
