fix: store shortcut locale field directly instead of duplicating into pair map

When writing a record, the shortcut column (e.g. `title` with locale "en")
is now kept as-is in the file rather than being moved into the pair map
(e.g. `titles["en"]`). If the pair map already contains the primary locale
key it is promoted to the shortcut column and removed from the map; empty
pair maps are dropped. Backward-compatible on read via applyLocaleToRead.
