Commit Message

refactor: split command files into dedicated verb and verb_noun files

Each CRUD verb now has its own group file (create.go, read.go, update.go,
delete.go) and per-noun subcommand files (create_record.go,
read_record.go, read_collection.go, update_record.go, delete_record.go,
delete_collection.go, delete_view.go, delete_records.go). Tests live next
to their implementation in matching *_test.go files; shared helpers moved
to helpers_test.go.
