Fix Maestro coverage: resolve shaded JaCoCo Offline class dynamically (#475)

JaCoCo's published runtime JAR shades internal classes to a
version-specific package (org.jacoco.agent.rt.internal_<hash>) where
the hash is derived from the Git commit ID and changes between
releases. The CoverageBroadcastReceiver was hardcoding the unshaded
class name (org.jacoco.agent.rt.internal.Offline) which never exists
in the DEX, causing ClassNotFoundException on every coverage dump.

Replace the hardcoded Class.forName() with a findOfflineClass() method
that first tries the canonical name, then falls back to scanning the
APK's DEX entries for any class matching the shaded pattern
(org.jacoco.agent.rt.internal*.Offline).
