* Update DuckDB to 1.4.4 and switch to crates.io release

Switch duckdb from git dependency to crates.io, update Cargo.lock
for new transitive dependencies and Arrow 56/57 coexistence.

* Consolidate Arrow and DuckDB dependencies in workspace

- Move all Arrow and DuckDB crates to workspace dependencies
- Update Cargo.toml files to use workspace versions
- Bump arrow-flight to 57.3.0 and unify Arrow crate versions
- Enhance swanlake-core/build.rs to auto-detect DuckDB version from Cargo.lock
- Fix test module placement in engine/batch.rs for consistency
