Fix Maestro coverage report using original classes instead of instrumented ones (#472)

JaCoCo report generation requires original (non-instrumented) bytecode to
match class IDs (CRC64) in the execution data.  The offline instrumentation
doLast block was modifying classes in-place, and the CI was uploading those
instrumented classes for the report job.  Since instrumented bytecode has
different CRC64 hashes, the report silently produced 0% coverage.

Save original classes to build/maestro-original-classes/ before instrumenting,
and point both the CI artifact upload/download and the jacocoMaestroReport
task at that directory.
