* Add manual refresh to Wikibase Preview and Issues tabs

* Move refresh icon from individual tabs to extension bar

- Removed individual refresh icons from Issues and Preview tabs
- Added a single common refresh icon next to the Wikibase dropdown in the extension bar
- Updated CSS to remove button styling (background, border, padding) for cleaner appearance
- Icon now appears as a simple clickable icon without button background

* Replace separate refresh buttons with single 'Refresh Schema' label

* Remove unnecessary package-lock.json changes
