Add claudex-memory-search CLI tool

Regex-search Claude Code conversation transcripts across content types
(user messages, assistant responses, bash commands/output, tool use/results).

Features:
- Streaming output (results print as found)
- Session chain following via continuation detection
- Newest-first session ordering with subagent inclusion
- Combinable search targets (-u, -a, -c, -o, -t, -r)
- Dual matching: literal string + regex interpretation
- ANSI-highlighted matches with configurable line truncation
- JSON output mode, case-insensitive search, context lines
