fix: exclude false-positive gosec rules for golangci-lint v2.10.1

exclude G115 (uintptr->int), G204 (subprocess with variable),
G703 (path traversal taint), G705 (XSS taint), G706 (log injection taint)
in gosec settings - all false positives for a CLI tool.
remove stale //nolint:gosec directives.
