feat: implement control-flow AST in vm package (#98)

- Add Program, Node interface, and all AST node types
- Implement Seq, MapNode, FMapNode, PartitionNode, FoldNode, UnfoldNode, JoinNode
- Add comprehensive tests for AST construction
- All node types use sealed interface pattern via unexported node() method
- Domain-agnostic implementation with no external imports
