Replace welcome dialog with inline view overlay to fix Maestro CI test (#467)

MaterialAlertDialogBuilder creates a separate window layer that
Maestro's accessibility traversal does not reliably discover on
headless CI emulators using swiftshader_indirect software rendering.
By moving the welcome content into the activity's own view hierarchy
as an elevated FrameLayout overlay, the text is always visible to
Maestro regardless of emulator configuration.
