PORTAL-2533: Add TARGET source files to relevant study details page records (#816)

* Add clinical data links to study overview

Introduce studyClinicalDataLinks (mapping PHS IDs to clinical data file URLs) in bento/studiesData and export it. Update overviewView to import studyClinicalDataLinks and render source file links (extracting filenames via URL split) alongside the existing manifest and cBioPortal links, opening in a new tab with noopener noreferrer. This surfaces TARGET clinical data files (hosted on CloudFront) in the study detail overview.

* Update TARGET clinical data URLs and keys

Rework studyClinicalDataLinks: prepend each clinical data URL with the study-specific subpath (e.g. /target/phs000463/...) and reformat the object entries for consistency (unquoted keys and array formatting). This ensures links point to the per-study directories on the CDN and improves readability of the mapping.

* Prevent wrapping of clinical data link text

Add inline style whiteSpace: 'nowrap' to the clinical data anchor in overviewView.js so the filename and manifest icon stay on a single line, avoiding awkward wrapping/layout issues. (src/pages/studyDetail/overview/overviewView.js)

* Add newline at EOF in studiesData.js

Add the missing newline at end of file in src/bento/studiesData.js to satisfy POSIX/EOL conventions and avoid spurious git diff warnings. No functional changes.
