Synchronize time coordinate units between `current_cube` and `new_cube` (#124)

* new function, `align_time_coords()`. Useful for OpenIFS data when using rollback in ECE. Used for `Timeseries`, `Map`, `Temporalmap` tasks.
* add test for align_time_coords. test_map_monotonic_increase fails though
* Fix `test_monotonic_increase()` to work with `align_time_coords` (Unit conversion does not work if there are no units)
* Formatting
