fix: Content-Length for empty body and Host position in MapOrd headers

Body() now sets request.ContentLength based on body size and uses
http.NoBody when body is empty (Content-Length: 0).
Host header can now be placed at any position in MapOrd ordered headers.
Updated enetx/http to v1.0.27.

Added tests covering Content-Length for all body types (string, []byte,
g.String, g.Bytes), empty/nil body, and Host/Content-Length position
ordering in MapOrd headers.
