Remove enableAndroidTestCoverage to fix JaCoCo instrumentation failure (#456)

The jacocoOreoDebug task (created by enableAndroidTestCoverage) fails to
instrument SleepDistributionView.class. This setting is only needed for
connectedAndroidTest coverage, which this project does not use. Unit test
coverage uses enableUnitTestCoverage (unaffected) and Maestro coverage
uses custom offline instrumentation (also unaffected).
