Fix Maestro coverage extraction reliability for slow emulator tests (#445)

The 07_sleep_analysis_page test fails to produce coverage because the
broadcast receiver needs more time on slow emulators with software
rendering. This change:

- Increases retry attempts from 3 to 5 with progressive sleep durations
- Adds explicit intent action (-a) alongside component targeting (-n)
  to match the debug manifest's intent-filter
- Verifies the coverage file exists on device before attempting extraction
- Attempts to relaunch the app when the process is not running instead
  of immediately giving up
- Captures broadcast output for diagnostics on delivery failures
- Adds null/empty data guard and catch-all exception handler in the
  CoverageBroadcastReceiver to prevent silent failures
