Fix Maestro coverage: use JaCoCo Offline API instead of RT.getAgent() (#439)

AGP uses offline instrumentation, which stores coverage data in
org.jacoco.agent.rt.internal.Offline — not accessible via RT.getAgent()
(which is for online/javaagent mode). This caused the broadcast receiver
to produce invalid coverage files for every Maestro test.
