Add assertVisible guard before addHabitButton tap in Maestro test 13 (#434)

The full navigation flow test navigates from Medication List (page 16)
back to Home (page 1) via bottom nav, which triggers a long ViewPager2
smooth scroll animation. Without waiting for the Home page to settle,
Maestro may tap addHabitButton before it is on-screen, causing the
subsequent "Add Habit" visibility assertion to fail intermittently.
