Fix positivityDiaryCard visibility by handling bottom nav reselection (#421)

When navigating to diary sub-pages (positivity diary, sport log, etc.),
the bottom navigation's selected item is set to "Diary". Tapping "Diary"
again to return to the diary hub was a no-op because OnItemSelectedListener
does not fire for already-selected items. Add OnItemReselectedListener to
navigate back to the main page for each tab when reselected.
