fix: set JWT validation leeway to zero to match documented behavior

The parse_and_validate documentation states no clock skew leeway is
applied to expiration checks, but jsonwebtoken v10's Validation::new()
defaults leeway to 60 seconds. This adds validation.leeway = 0 to
align the implementation with the documented behavior.
