Add separate sleep_tracking_title string for fragment title (#413)

The sleep tracking fragment title and the bottom navigation tab both
used the same @string/sleep_tracking resource ("Sleep"). The Maestro
tests expect the page title to say "Sleep Tracking". Add a dedicated
sleep_tracking_title string with the full text for the fragment title,
keeping the short "Sleep" label for the bottom nav tab.
