test(windows): implement skipped GUI tests and fix schema reference resolution

- Fix get_simple_mode_fields() to resolve JSON Schema $ref references recursively
  This enables test_inferred_components_match_original_templates to pass by properly
  parsing component fields from schema definitions using $ref → allOf chains

- Implement test_full_gui_with_pyautogui with PyAutoGUI screenshot verification
  Tests About window visibility, geometry bounds, and screen interaction

- Implement test_user_can_work_with_fully_populated_parameter_table with diverse parameters
  Tests table population with normal, changed, calibration, read-only, and no-FC parameters
  Verifies correct widget counts, backgrounds, labels, and UI elements
