Add edit menu, file clipboard & tests

Introduce edit actions and file clipboard support across the TUI: add Copy/Cut/Paste/Delete and select-all/undo/redo handlers. FileBrowserView now tracks a clipboard (copy/cut), supports paste with name disambiguation, cut-moving (clears clipboard after move), delete with confirmation dialog, and helper methods to operate on section headers. BlogWorkspaceWindow adds an Edit menu and DispatchEdit to route edit commands to the last-focused content view (file browser, Neovim or fallback editor). EditorSurface and NvimEditorView gain Edit* methods (undo/redo/cut/copy/paste/delete/select-all) with Neovim commands executed asynchronously. Also add comprehensive FileBrowserEditTests to validate clipboard, paste, delete and edge cases.
