feat: consolidate tools and optimize prompts for token efficiency

- Refactor individual torrent actions into a unified manage_torrents tool.
- Consolidate get_torrent_properties, get_torrent_files, and get_torrent_trackers into inspect_torrent.
- Implement get_system_info to merge multiple system health tools.
- Enhance list_torrents with optional inclusion of detailed metadata.
- Refactor troubleshooting prompts into a single troubleshoot_torrent prompt.
- Update Docker integration tests to reflect tool changes and improve reliability.
- Prune redundant tool definitions and handlers.
- Bump version to 0.3.5.
