Dampen effect of rewards (#362)

Now that there is a more advanced scorer that accounts for stability and
difficulty, the rewards should be dampened.

- Reduce constants so that rewards don't prapagate as much.
- Increase day adjustment factor.
- Decrease magnitude of initial rewards.
