fix(ci): remove workspace source override for axm

Remove 'axm = { workspace = true }' from tool.uv.sources since axm is
now published on PyPI. The workspace root pyproject.toml already declares
workspace sources, so local development is unaffected. Fixes CI which
clones axm-init standalone (no workspace context).
