fix(tests): correct type: ignore comments for mypy compliance

Move type: ignore[misc] from class definitions to the actual error
sites (frozen dataclass assignment, ABC instantiation). Replace
unused type: ignore[misc] with type: ignore[abstract] on
instantiation lines. Fixes 7 mypy errors.
