Update CLAUDE.md to reflect current codebase state (#394)

Comprehensive update covering all changes since the last revision:
- Spring Boot 3.2.2 -> 3.5.10, SnakeYAML 2.2 -> 2.5, Jackson 2.16.1 -> 2.21
- New feature modules: food logging, sport tracking, medication management,
  meeting entries, and module visibility settings
- Android build flavors: modern/legacy -> lollipop/oreo/tiramisu
- New api-bench benchmarking module
- 30+ new REST API endpoints documented
- 6 new database tables (food_logs, food_tags, sport_logs, medications,
  medication_logs, meeting_entries, module_visibility)
- RequestIdFilter for CSRF/replay protection
- CI/CD: build.yml -> ci.yml, new semver-label and release-auto-draft workflows
- Updated dependency versions across all modules
- Test counts updated: shared 43->68, webserver 17->45, desktop 8->24, android 9->46
