feat!: Make 32-bit architecture compatible

In particular, Triton VM can now be compiled to the
`wasm32-unknown-unknown` target. Continuous integration checks for
future regressions by testing through `wasm-pack test`.

Some new dependencies are taken on to facilitate this upgrade. While
most of them are only used for testing, the `web_time` crate stands
out. However, on architectures other than `wasm32`, this crate uses
`std::time` directly, resulting in no change at all.

BREAKING CHANGE: Because of prior improper handling of `usize` being
implicitly treated as `u64`, some constants, fields, and function
arguments are now `u64` instead of `usize`.
