feat: rebranding application (#1563)

* feat(styles): add rebranding CSS tokens for nav and success colors

- Add nav-background, nav-border, nav-button-active tokens for header
- Add success color with different values for light (#428D68) and dark (#61BB8F) modes
- Update card and popover colors for dark mode consistency
