Add unit tests for untested Android fragment classes (#388)

Extract testable static methods from AddEmotionPairFragment,
DiaryNavigationFragment, and SettingsFragment and add comprehensive
unit tests covering label validation, navigation target lookup,
time string parsing, backup password validation, and remote field
completeness checks (64 new tests total).
