fix(upload): clean up multipart temp files and return proper status for symlink rejection

add defer RemoveAll() after ParseMultipartForm to prevent temp file leaks.
use uploadError type for symlink and file-exists errors instead of sentinels,
returning 400 for symlink rejection instead of 500.
