Rename mediocre-com plugin to stores-com, update sites, use optional chaining

Rename mediocre-com.js to stores-com.js and update production sites to
casemates, hammacher, meh, morningsave, shop.univision, sidedeal. Remove
mediocre, mediocritee, pastadrop, stellacarmina. Use optional chaining
across all plugins and lib/index.js to simplify null-check patterns.
Remove dead uri checks from kalturaEmbedHtml and youTubeEmbedHtml.
