refactor: remove facades and backward-compat patterns (#129)

* refactor: remove GitService facade and clean up backward-compat patterns

Delete GitService.ts (thin facade) and update all consumers to import
focused services directly (GitBranchService, GitCommitService, GitCloneService).
Remove type re-exports from ChatService, delete unused services/index.ts
barrel, and strip "facade"/"backward compat" comments from 7+ files.
