feat(project): add net10.0 support and update dependencies

This commit updates project target frameworks and dependencies
to ensure compatibility with .NET 10 and latest package versions.

- Add net10.0 to TargetFrameworks in Enlighten and Enlighten.Tests
- Upgrade Mecha.xUnit in Enlighten.Tests from 3.2.11 to 3.3.0
- Upgrade FileCurator in Enlighten from 5.1.14 to 5.1.15
