- ED25519 identity (generation, persistence, NodeID derivation)
- TOML config with CLI flag overrides
- bbolt persistent store behind abstract Store interface
- Channel-based partyline hub (zero mutexes)
- SSH server with public key auth and interactive terminal
- Partyline commands: /who, /nick, /quit, /help
- Integration test: full SSH connection + command exercise
- CI workflow (build, test, cross-compile)
- Makefile with static cross-compilation targets
