fix: add security warning about Mapbox token in HTML exports (#3139) (#3330)

Add warnings to inform users that their Mapbox access token will be
embedded in plain text in exported HTML files:

- Add security warning in the HTML export modal UI
- Add HTML comment in the exported file noting the token exposure
- Recommend using scoped tokens with URL restrictions

This helps users make informed decisions about token security when
sharing exported maps.

Closes #3139
