fix: preserve formatting and handle UTF-8 in stderr tail capture

- Truncate by runes instead of bytes to avoid splitting multi-byte characters
- Preserve original line formatting (indentation) for better stack trace readability
- Add test cases for indented lines and multi-byte rune truncation
