feat: filter registry by name in the catalog page (#305)

* feat: filter registry by name in the catalog page

* fix: address review feedback on registry filter PR

- Guard registries.data in getRegistries() for defensive consistency
- Filter out registries without name using type guard instead of nullable fallback
- Import ALL_REGISTRIES_VALUE from single source (use-catalog-filters hook)
- Fix duplicate React keys in skeleton by using Card wrapper
- Wire up ServerListSkeleton as catalog loading.tsx for navigation state
