feat(workload): improve update flow and detect envs drift (#1604)

* feat: add env var drift detection utility

Compare registry env var definitions against local workload config
to detect added and removed variables between server versions.

* feat: show env var drift in version update dialog

Thread registryEnvVars from card components to useUpdateVersion.
When no drift, show simple confirm dialog. When drift detected,
show detailed list of added/removed variables and open edit dialog.

* feat: pre-fill missing env vars in edit dialog on version update

Add envVarsOverride to EditServerDialogContext and thread it through
to DialogFormLocalMcp, appending new env var rows with empty values
so users can fill them in when reviewing a version update.

* test: add tests for envVarsOverride in DialogFormLocalMcp

Verify pre-filled env vars appear in the form when editing with
envVarsOverride, and no extra rows when override is null.

* feat: pass down secrets and adress pr feedback
